By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

   • Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.

   • Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on pickup (where applicable).

   • You will receive payment instructions via WhatsApp after placing your order.

2. Order Confirmation

   • Once your order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming the details and next steps.

   • If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order may be cancelled.

3. Pickup & Delivery

   • Pickup is available at Al Nahda Park, Sharjah.

   • You must confirm your pickup time via WhatsApp.

   • For deliveries, shipping fees may apply and will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Returns & Exchanges

   • Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, shapewear, and accessories), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective upon arrival.

   • Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and notify us immediately if there are any issues.

5. Communication

   • By ordering, you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp at the number you provide during checkout.

   • Harbusy Luxe will use WhatsApp solely to confirm orders, arrange payment and pickup, and provide support.

6. Privacy

   • Your information is safe with us. We do not share your personal details with any third party without your consent.
