✅ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The wrong product was delivered.

The item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Once your return is approved, you can:

Exchanges are only available once per order and are subject to item availability.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes, oils, or cosmetics

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

After the 1-hour window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

We will review and either issue a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.).
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the error was on our end.
